The private equity co-investment is made in collaboration with the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund advised by Triton, which acquired a majority stake in Inwerk earlier this year. Inwerk is an award winning designer of unique and innovative office furnishing solutions. Led by its two founders, the company is serving over 400,000 customers, including 75% of the Dax 30 members.
