About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team as our very first hire in Lisbon. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.

Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their userbase. The team covers all areas of programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Conceive and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads
  • Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally
  • Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (internal and external) about campaign and market development
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment. You're passionate about both B2C and B2C and can understand the opportunities in both areas.
  • A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms - including any of the following (but not limited to): Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, YouTube ads etc.
  • Confidence in working with numbers, you enjoy analysing and interpreting data, with a strong ability to implement basic tracking
  • You're proficient or at least familiar with relevant AI and automation techniques
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner and hypothesis-driven to set new standards
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Portugese
  • Other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish or Swedish are a bonus

Please note that we are looking for support in our Lisbon office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
