About the Job
We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our portfolio company with a background in the semiconductor industry.
In your day-to-day work, you will focus on sourcing, attracting and onboarding high quality talent. Effectively work alongside hiring managers for different hiring needs across various departments.

In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract the right candidates
- Perform full-cycle recruitment processes for specialized roles, including engineering, R&D, IC design, and process development positions
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by leveraging industry-specific platforms, professional networks, and events.
- Evaluate and refine recruiting processes and tools to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with the team together that ensures all HR lifecycle stages are handled effectively and in a way that elevates the experience for both candidates and employee
- Build together with the team a strong employer brand that is appealing to prospective hires
- Stay ahead of trends in the semiconductor industry and talent landscape, ensuring the organization is competitive in attracting top talent
- Identify opportunities for enhancement in the talent acquisition process and policies, implementing changes that make the system more efficient and applicant-friendly
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for the semiconductor, photonics or engineering sectors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment
- Solid background in sourcing and recruiting candidates for specialized roles such as IC design engineers, R&D scientists or process engineers in competitive areas
- Thorough understanding of the global semiconductor labour market and the specific recruitment strategies used in the industry
- Strong ability to identify potential talent and liaise with technical professionals for future opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with our technical teams and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Your approach to work should incorporate an analytical mindset, using relevant recruitment metrics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this role. German is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Aachen office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
