About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and ensure seamless supply chain operations, efficient warehouse management, and optimized logistics processes.

In this role, you will oversee the entire logistics and warehouse flow—from supplier coordination and inventory management to transport optimization and distribution. You will be responsible for strategic planning, process improvements, and automation, ensuring efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with industry standards. With a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset, you will play a key role in enhancing stock levels, warehouse operations, and delivery timelines to support business growth.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Oversee storage, stock levels, and material flow, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and inventory tracking while optimizing stock management for cost efficiency.
  • Streamline logistics workflows, transport routes, and supplier coordination to improve overall delivery performance.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality compliance and efficient inbound and outbound logistics while supporting improvements in product standards.
  • Manage incoming goods by conducting quality checks, stock reconciliation, and documentation tracking, utilizing automated scanning systems for accuracy.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective transportation and distribution strategies, optimizing shipment planning and carrier selection.
  • Leverage automation tools, warehouse management systems (WMS), and real-time tracking to improve efficiency and visibility in supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations while driving sustainability initiatives in logistics and warehousing.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize logistics efficiency, identifying and implementing continuous process improvements.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong expertise in logistics process optimization, inventory control, and supplier quality management.
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with a track record in process automation, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics automation technologies, such as real-time tracking, barcode scanning, and blockchain-based inventory management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement data-driven improvements.
  • Knowledge of Just-in-Time (JIT) and Lean inventory management strategies is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • On-site presence in Aachen required to oversee warehouse and logistics operations.

Please note that we are looking for support in Aachen from our partner company. Authorization to work within the EU is also required.
