About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Operation Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies, who is eager to grow their career in robotics and automation.
In your day-to-day work, you will play a pivotal role in optimising sales processes, managing tenders, analysing data, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Join our portfolio company: A German dual-use technology company that develops unmanned ground vehicles to spearhead automation in both governmental and civilian use cases.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and optimise sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage the full lifecycle of tender processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance and KPIs
- Provide sales forecasting insights to support strategic planning and business growth
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Continuously refine and enhance the overall sales strategy for maximum impact
Your Profile
- Possesses minimum of 2 years in sales operations or a similar role within a sales-driven organisation
- Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and process optimisation
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Travel occasionally to client sites and industry events
- Experience in the defence market is a plus, but a strong interest in the industry is also welcomed
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German
Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
