About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Implementation Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and implement data integrations for their suppliers.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring that our suppliers are supported through the API platform integration process, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company, a ConTech Startup in Munich that is building a disruptive solution to digitalise a key area of the supply chain process in the construction industry.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the technical implementation of supplier data integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between suppliers and our portfolio's platform.
  • Work directly with suppliers to understand their systems and technical requirements, in order to set up the best technical integration.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of API integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to refine API features, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure high technical standards.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, best practices, and support resources to assist suppliers in API adoption from the short through to the long term.
  • Champion automation and streamlining of the API integration process, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as the main technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

Your Profile

  • Strong background in technical account management, solutions engineering or API integrations.
  • Experience in implementing, and maintaining API solutions, preferably in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
  • A can-do attitude with a focus on speed of implementation necessary to succeed in a startup.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and support in resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building relationships with external partners and managing integration projects from start to finish.
  • Fluent in German & English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Please note that we are looking for hybrid support in the MUNICH office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.

Benefits and Perks

  • Take the opportunity to help shape a growing start-up from the ground up and have a fundamental impact on our go-to-market approach & success.
  • Bring a solution disrupting the whole market of processing supply chain documents to conservative industries such as construction.
  • Work with a team experienced both in product development and our target industries.
  • Perks as e.g. construction site visits and included gym membership.
  • Get all the additional benefits of a start-up (flat hierarchies, flexible working hours, responsibility, work hybrid-style, cool team events etc.).
