About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its sales operations strategies.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on administering and optimising Salesforce workflows, ensuring seamless system enhancements and automation, and getting the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather business needs and translate them into Salesforce implementations
- Administer and configure Salesforce, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and system enhancements
- Design, build, and optimise Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes
- Implement and support Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilisation of Salesforce features
- Maintain system integrity and ensure data consistency across Salesforce applications
Your Profile
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Solution Architect, or Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and configuration
- Experience with Sales Cloud, including the ability to create/manage flows, automation, and business processes within Salesforce
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand operational challenges, and propose system improvements
- Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
- You thrive in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
- Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and familiarity with Apex is a plus
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Solution Architect are beneficial
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
