About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Product Ops Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its product operations and internal process optimisation strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on ensuring smooth product delivery and internal coordination, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects across product, data, and user research.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), tickets, and documentation
  • Define test cases, conduct internal testing, and manage bug reports
  • Track feature releases and ensure internal release notes and communication are shared
  • Own release cycles and launch communication
  • Support qualitative user interviews and user research initiatives
  • Help with data clean-up, formatting, and analysis of user behaviour to improve features
  • Assist in maintaining and QA-ing key systems like Salesforce, internal services, and the online shop
  • Help prepare presentations and stakeholder updates

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field
  • Basic knowledge of Product Management workflows and best practices
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for learning and growth
  • Tech-savvy and analytical
  • Fluent in English and German (required)
  • Genuine interest in software products, B2B marketplaces, and digital tools

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
