  • Translate military and field requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables and milestones.
  • Manage technical documentation, test plans, and oversee compliance and certification processes.
  • Lead program-level risk management, making trade-offs and prioritization decisions under pressure.

Your profile:

  • Strong technical background in edge computing, sensor technology, autonomy kits, and hardware/software integration.
  • Proven record of delivering multi-disciplinary hardware and software systems on time and in field settings.
  • Experience with defense-grade standards, vehicle systems, or modernization programs under EU/NATO is a strong plus.
  • High attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and confident decision-making under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must; German or Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Skilled in aligning stakeholders, clearing roadblocks, and keeping teams focused on execution.
  • This role is based in Munich, so eligibility to work in the EU/UK is required.

Benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A key role in shaping an emerging dual-use technology company.
  • The chance to work with a highly innovative, international, and dynamic team.
  • Plenty of opportunity for professional growth and development.
  • Participation in the company’s success and an influential role in advanced projects.
