Job description

About the Job:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Operation Manager (m/f/d) to join our client and support its sales strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining sales processes and managing the full lifecycle of tender processes, along with conducting in-depth data analysis and generating accurate sales reports. Our client is a German dual-use technology company developing autonomous unmanned ground systems for both defence and commercial applications. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team that’s at the forefront of automation in high-stakes environments.

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop and optimise sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the complete tender process—from preparation to submission and follow-ups.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and finance teams to align strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies to maximize overall impact.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites and industry events.

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations or a comparable role within a sales-driven organisation.
  • A strong affinity for data analysis and a knack for process optimisation.
  • A highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must, German is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing tender processes with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
  • An interest or background in the defence and technology industry is welcomed.
  • Eligibility to work in London is required.

Benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A pivotal role in an emerging dual-use company.
  • The opportunity to work with a highly innovative, international and dynamic team.
  • Room for professional growth and development.
  • Participation in the company’s success.
  • Flexible hybrid working conditions.

Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:

We strongly believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workspace where every team member feels valued and supported. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
