About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its sales and account growth strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on driving successful transactions and building strong customer relationships, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects across commercial operations and platform optimisation.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Facilitate and oversee trades on the platform, ensuring smooth execution between buyers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with customers to handle questions, issues, or feedback throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with buyers and suppliers
  • Track market trends, product demand, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Analyse trade data to support commercial strategy and improve performance
  • Partner with the tech team to provide feedback on platform functionality and UX
  • Ensure all trades follow relevant regulations and internal compliance policies

Your Profile

  • First experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Native-level English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of international trade or supply chain management is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
