About the Job:

 

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Lead (m/f/d) to join our team and lead its branding strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining brand KPIs, defining the long-term brand vision, managing resources, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration between performance marketing, product, and creative teams.

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Take full ownership of brand performance metrics, including awareness, consideration, preference, and brand equity.
  • Define and continuously evolve the long-term brand vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage brand resources by coordinating budgets, creative assets, and marketing initiatives to ensure they’re used effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, and other teams to deliver a consistent brand experience.
  • Develop and refine the brand channel strategy across digital, social, out-of-home, in-store, and partnership channels.
  • Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns from concept development to rollout, working closely with both internal and external creative partners.
  • Leverage customer insights and market research to sharpen the messaging and optimise campaign performance.

 

Your profile:

 

  • A minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in brand marketing with a proven track record of executing campaigns and activations.
  • A strategic thinker who blends visionary ideas with hands-on project management, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • A deep understanding of brand building both online and offline, including media planning and effective storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are a must, German is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is a nice-to-have.
  • Professional experience is expected; academic qualifications that support your expertise are welcomed.
