About the Job

We’re looking for a motivated Product Management Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its product development and delivery operations.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on product documentation, feature testing, and process support, and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects from user research to data analysis.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), tickets, and supporting documentation
  • Define test cases, conduct internal testing, and manage bug reporting
  • Track feature releases and ensure internal communication and release notes are shared
  • Support release cycles and launch communication
  • Conduct user interviews and qualitative research
  • Assist with data clean-up, formatting, and basic analysis of product data and user behavior
  • Help maintain and QA systems such as Salesforce, internal tools, and the online shop
  • Prepare presentations and stakeholder updates

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Product Management best practices and workflows
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
  • Tech-savvy and analytical thinker
  • Interest in software products, digital tools, and marketplaces
  • Experience at a startup or in a product-related role is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or Salesforce is beneficial
  • Basic data skills (e.g. SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools) are a bonus
  • Fluent in both English and German

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
