We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer (m/f/d) to join our clients' companies and develop their product design strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining the design process and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Work on a diverse range of projects with various clients throughout the year
  • Design and enhance end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, utilizing a data-driven approach to meet and surpass design KPIs and business metrics for client projects
  • Execute thorough UX audits and heuristic evaluations to identify and address design opportunities
  • Create simple, yet effective solutions to complex user problems, ensuring a seamless interaction for all users
  • Champion design thinking across the organization, advocating for user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals, maintaining clear communication and effective project management 

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design
  • Independent worker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • An advocate for design, with a drive to understand user needs and craft solutions that enhance their experience
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality, well-crafted product designs
  • Proven experience in web app, mobile app, and web growth projects, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design challenges
  • Familiarity with design KPIs, business metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable product designs 
  • A solid grounding in UX audit techniques, heuristic evaluations, and a deep understanding of design principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Fluent in English (German is a nice to have)

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
