About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to become a member of Project A's Product Team, driving product development initiatives across our client companies and within Project A. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients, enhancing and innovating their product structures, while actively contributing to Project A´s team growth and development.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Work on a diverse range of product projects with various clients throughout the year
  • Build products from the ground up (0 to 1)
  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations for clients' products
  • Serve as an interim product manager within teams
  • Dive into different industries, business models, and company stages
  • Support our companies with product discovery, delivery, strategy, and organizational development 

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a track record of shipping products end-to-end
  • Independent worker with a keen eye for detail 
  • An advocate for product, with a drive to understand user needs, and KPI´s and craft solutions that enhance the user experience
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality, well-crafted products 
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment building end-to-end products
  • Being able to analyze and interpret data to draw necessary conclusions
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects
  • Hands-on experience with UX design and flow, designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience working with engineering team and in Agile methodology
  • Ability to create examples through wireframes and mockups
  • Great communication skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders
  • Previous experience in workshop facilitation is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English is required

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
